Besides our standard range of products GN Rope Fittings can develop tailor made products. Our in-house design team is always looking for new products finding best fit solutions for customers requirements.
With the latest technology such as; 3D modelling, CAD programming and FEA calculations we are able to design new products together with the customer for the best solution and better performance.
Our engineering team is continuously working on a higher quality product, in design as well as material. To keep up with the latest requirements of the market, we are always busy with developing better performing steel like; low temperature steel for arctic conditions, high grade steel for stronger and lighter products and corrosion resistant alloys for offshore use.
When the design is finished, GN Rope Fittings is able to make the product in-house with our own state-of-the-art CNC and forging machines. Once the product is finished, in-house testing can be done like; proof load, break load, cycle tests, NDT inspection, etc. At the end remaining with a full certified product.
