Monopile Support Installation Tool

For an emergency job, GN Rope Fittings have designed and made a special tool within 3 week.
This tool will be used for handling monopiles on deck from horizontal to vertical position. The upending tool is designed for monopiles with a diameter of 2.4 m and a lenght of 42 meters. This product has a support weight of approx. 10.000 kgs. The pile support tool can be locked in horizontal and vertical position, for easy handling the installation lift. Full design, and manufacturing took 3 week only at GN factory in the Netherlands.

The pile support is successfully in use. We are happy working together with the customer to make this all happen in such short time, and want to thank them for the trust they have in our service and product.
