Recently GN has been requested for a special double forged lifting hook with a capacity of WLL 1550 ton. GN is proud to inform that this hook has been produced and taken in use.

- Specially designed for deck handling and installation of 1300 tonne monopiles; diameter 8 meter - length 80 meter each!
- Working load of 1550 ton with a Minimum breaking load of 5082 ton
- Produced out of 10.000 kgs forged alloy steel
- Smooth machining to avoid sharp edges which can damage the synthetic slings
- Full design, engineering, production and testing & inspection being performed by GN
- Certified in accordance with DNV Lifting Appliances
